We try to display the colours of our products as accurately as possible. However, the actual image colours you see will depend on your monitor display settings which cannot be controlled by this website or Sumner Physio.
Any order placed by you via this website constitutes an offer by you to Sumner Physio to purchase a particular product or service for the price (including the delivery and other charges) specified on this website at the time you place your order.
Sumner Physio reserves the right to accept or reject any offer/order for any reason, including, but not limited to, the unavailability of any product, an error or omission in the price or the product description, or an error in your order. No binding contract shall be formed unless Sumner Physio communicates to you that it has accepted your order and payment of the purchase price has been confirmed (see below for provisions relating to retention of title).
Advertised prices for products and services, delivery and other charges are quoted in Australian dollars ($AUD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST). They are current at the time they are published but may change at any time at the complete discretion of Sumner Physio and all items are subject to availability.
Sumner Physio retains title to the products you order until you have made payment in full for those products. While all efforts are made to ensure safe and timely delivery, all purchases are subject to a delivery contract. Consequently, the risk of loss of or damage to products passes to you upon our delivery of the products to the delivery contractor. Insurance is available at an extra cost to the purchaser.
Due to the personal nature of the products sold on the Sumner Physio website, no returns, exchanges, refunds, credit or replacements are offered if you have changed your mind about the product, make an incorrect choice, or failed to verify and accurately provide information when placing an order. Some products may at times be returned or exchanged if the item shows symptoms of a failure, or is discovered to be broken when first taken from its packaging. Sumner Physio will only provide refunds in the form of refund credits held in your website account and under the conditions set out under our Terms and Conditions.
If you believe that you have recieved an item that is damaged or defective you can contact our office on 07 3279 3871. A Sumner Physio customer service member will provisionally determine whether the product is viable for return and we will arrange to replace the product where ever possible. Refund credits will only be offered where a replacement product can not be provided.
Where Sumner Physio has provisionally determined that a Product is returnable, return shipping must be arranged by the purchaser. If a product is deemed by Sumner Physio to be NOT RETURNABLE, Sumner Physio may at the absolute discretion of the management refuse to replace or refund the product.
When a Product is returned it becomes the property of Sumner Physio. If your item has been replaced, the replacement product then becomes your property. Sumner Physio and each manufacturer reserve the right to test any returned product. If the condition of the product was misrepresented by the customer, Sumner Physio may impose a $35 handling and administration fee and the product may then be deemed NOT RETURNABLE.
When a replacement product is arranged: A replacement for the same product that you ordered will be shipped to you at our expense after we have received your returned item. The delivery time for the replacement product will be the same as stated for the original product. Replacement products are provided with the same Limited Warranty as the original product.
When refund credits are arranged: The refund credit amount will include all shipping and associated costs for the product. No refund credits will be authorised until Sumner Physio has received the ordered product from you. We will only cash-out refund credits by a cheque sent to your mailing address.
